  TONI needs to work on her customer service or work somewhere else!!! I have never been spoken too in such a condescending way by an insurance representative before. To talk to me in such a manner like I'm a 5 year old. Telling me that I can ONLY talk to her or Brett, that the representative I spoke to did not do her job right and only did what I wanted. ??? Isn't that what your suppose to do? Then to immediately start changing things about my policy without my consent and try to up charge me and tell me "it's so inexpensive. Why would you not want to do it?" After declining again she proceeds to comment "oh my gosh, why would you do that? You know, we only want whats best for you? And that's why we take the time to explain these things to you." In the most condescending tone. Gaslighting is a crazy tactic to try and get me to spend more. I had to literally, return her disrespectful energy for her to get the message to not change anything on my policy, to leave it the way it was before she called. I would not want Brett as my insurance agent, if his representatives are this disgustingly disrespectful. HORRIBLE first impression. Do better.

  They were Very comforting when needing to be. And when I said, I needed chocolates to get through the rest of my interview the gentleman I was working with did his best to find as much as he could. Thank you.

  We have been very pleased with both the service and the price at Brett Cline's Allstate. Our questions are answered promptly and both Tony and Brett treat us with respect and give us good information. We recently had a claim and that, too, was handled well and in a timely manner by all who assisted us. We highly recommend Brett Cline's Allstate Insurance agency .
