  Lovely hotel. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Extra sink outside of restroom is a plus. Full breakfast available. Will stay again.

  Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, hätten aber dringend eine Renovation nötig. Leider wurde das Frühstück nicht nachgefüllt und als wir kamen, war vieles schon leer. Sehr positiv darf man das hilfsbereite Personal hervorheben.

  Very disappointed with our stay at the Best Western Pendleton Inn on May 5, 2026, in Room 230. We paid over $200 for one night and the room cleanliness was unacceptable, especially as Diamond members who stay at Best Western properties often for work travel. Issues included: - Dust throughout the room - Cob webs inside the bedside lamp shade - A previous guest’s empty shampoo bottle left in the shower - Bathtub drain clogged so badly the water filled to our ankles while showering - Strange odor in the room -Missing chairs in dining area, lots of guests had no chair for breakfast - WORST OF ALL, what appeared to be a person’s clipped or ripped-off toenail/fingernail lying on the floor next to the bed We attempted to contact the hotel directly afterward and never received any response. This room clearly was not properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. Very disappointing experience and not what we expect from Best Western.

  This is right off of I-84 across from a Super 8, a Hotel 6, and a Sinclair gas station and their dinosaur. Breakfast was good, though some fuit and yogurt would be nice. I bumped into a housekeeper who was super nice and friendly.
