Leaving a review to praise Emily at the OC location! I was the 3rd customer on a very busy Saturday morning. I was having some issues with a pdf that I was trying to print. Not only did she take the time to kindly help me out and try a few different options she seamlessly helped 17-18 other customers while doing so. I told her I wasn’t in a rush and for her to get her other customers through (a lot of cranky people). Just want to give her a shoutout, homegirl knows exactly what she’s doing and has the sweetest demeanor while doing so!

Stopped in to pickup a package in the middle of the day. Sign on the door said “back in 30 minutes” but no actual time listed. Waited for 20 mins and nobody showed up

I have been selling on Ebay for 20+ years. FedEX ship centers are usually great. Minimal waiting to drop off packages and friendly staff.
