The employee who served me was very rude from the start. I asked if my protein bowl could be chopped, and he immediately became short with me. I then asked for a handful of extra spinach, and he snapped that it wouldn’t all fit.
After chopping the vegetables, he began putting them into the bowl. When it was only about three-quarters full, he said he couldn’t add the rest of the vegetables. I politely asked if he could just press them down since there was clearly room, but he told me he would have to charge me for two protein bowls. I was confused because everything appeared to fit.
When I asked why I’d be charged extra if it all fit, he sarcastically said, “Fine, since you want an extra salad for free, I’ll give you one.” I never asked for an extra salad. Despite me telling him I didn’t want a second bowl, he made one anyway, saying, “We’ve already come this far.”
He never charged me for the second salad that I repeatedly said I didn’t want. I’m honestly shocked by how disrespectfully I was treated. I would appreciate it if management would review the security footage of this interaction. Employees should treat customers with courtesy and respect.
