  Horrible service today. Person behind counter made me feel like I was a burden and was the gentleman was very dismissive. Won't be returning to this location. Didn't even get to get my food because of the rudeness

  Literally got the hardest sandwich of my life right now worst $15 I’ve ever spent and the last 4 inches of my sandwich didn’t even have meat. Don’t ever go to this one. It is the worst one in town all the other ones are better and the staff is typically Hella rude in here.

  Honestly everyone was great besides the loud mouth blonde girl who had an issue because I order 6 sandwiches my order 56 bucks.. if you have that big of an issue in customer service than get a different job there is no reason to drop my sandwiches in the bag and continuously make comments as you make my food is not my fault you chose to work at subway

  We came to the subway my grandma has cancer we chose subway over pizza this is April 15 10.42 am the 2 girls working were very rude my grandma gor the turkey wrap and I got the chicken Baja I asked the girl if she would put a couple more jalapeños on my wrap as she only put 2 I would of paid extra she asked the shorter girl and the girl said no my grandma asked for extra onions and they had a really bad attitude we live in burns oregon and our subway is amazing you can add anything you just have to pay extra I will not b back here when we come through for a dr.visit again kevin johnson owns the one in burns and he would tell his employees make the customer happy hortible service
