  Anytime you order online they DRENCH your sub in condiments. Okay cool, the employees dislike online orders. I'm not one to usually complain, shit happens. But today my son walked all the way there and the employee looked at him and walked into the back room and never came out. After 15 minutes my son finally left. The employees literally do not want to work.

  This place has generally pretty good reviews. I guess I caught them on a bad night. Last night (3/14/26) I ordered two foot longs, via the app. One was a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and the other a roast beef. I went to the store and found my bag ready, on the shelf. I verified the receipt had my name and my order. I drove home, about 20 minutes and opened the bag to find I had one foot long and 6 inch sub. The big one was roast beef with some bacon. The smaller was some kind of salami. Nothing close to what I expected. I called the store, but they wouldn't answer. After it rings a number of times, it's forwarded to their fax machine. Not helpful. I called the convenience store that shares the space and asked them if they would get the Subway people to answer the phone. That didn't work either. So I ended up with a sandwich and a half, for the price of two, and nothing I cared to eat. It will be a while before I give them another try.
