  It was a bright sunny Friday, after a hard 4 hours of work me and a friend were craving a footlong that could satisfy the two of us. After approaching the line and awaiting patiently - this particular individual who clearly doesn’t have a good relationship with its father - was very rude, and short with all customers who were being served. The mood was impeccable - the tension and frustration of being in the busy city of north plains, Oregon, Portlanders could never understand. The bigotry in difference between my friend and a fellow Hispanic customer was intolerable. My friend who was already assisted was at least greeted with how can I help you? But for a fellow Hispanic American to be greeted with “what do you want?” And a loud sigh before he could even get his order out. Then after a mix-up and returning the sandwich which was a whole 11 dollars (almost 45 minutes of work on a $15/hour wage) my dear friend, my beloved colleague faced rejection. When the other customer showed up who also had a mix-up swapped, the worker paid no mind and made another loud sigh. No refunds, no apologies. I cannot believe the awfulness of service and mistreatment to our beautiful American community. My co-workers have decided we will no-longer be eating at this location and telling people to avoid it as well. Big Yikes and shame to that employee.

  Terrible service and employees are really rude. Employee beckey was really rude and they really need more training as they clearly dont know how to make a proper sandwich. Stay away from this subway

  drive thru service is terrible they need to have someone just for drive thru at lunch time maybe that would help i waited over 10 minutes just to order and still didnt get to order as i did not have more time to wait terrible service if you go here only order inside

  Great service but pretty much what you would expect. Not exceptional but great as usual.
