  I see why they have such bad reviews. The owner is the one that made our sandwiches today and this was their idea of extra spinach, extra green pepper, extra black olive, extra onion, and there is zero sub crunch on here at all but there was supposed to be extra subkrunch too. My boyfriend got pickles on his sandwich and had maybe 2 on the footlong. Couldn’t even call to let me know they were out IF that was the case.

  Apparently you're not allowed to pay extra for double meat on certain items even tho it doesn't say that anywhere as well as they wanted to charge me for 2 of them just to have it that way when the item I wanted was within the calorie count, on some items you also get a limit now on the number of veggies or amount you can have now too.. only allowed a specific number of sauces.. doesn't say anywhere for either of these things but they made a whole point of it when I tried to get a protein pocket the way I wanted they put less meat than they used to.. it's cheaper and you can make it how you want at home so I won't be coming here anymore also rays is literally next door which you can get the stuff to make these at a cheaper amount and in their deli section they make better sandwiches for around the same price..

  Love coming to this subway employees are very nice!!! Everything was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend this subway

  Horrible customer service the young girl there has zero customer service skills. She most certainly does not like when you ask for extra on your salad. After informing her I would pay extra she aggressively grabs the salad, throws it in the bowl while the manager stood there and let her treat customers that way the subway has definitely gone down. I would not recommend it to anyone.
