  I ordered extra vegetables and when I got my sandwich there was only 2 olives and 2 pickles on half my sandwich. 😒

  There was an issue with ordering on the app and my order was sent to this location. They refused to void the order and the female I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. After asking why they couldn't void the order she said "it would cost the store money" and she hung up on me! Terrible customer service!

  These guys are awesome IF You like getting 3+ sandwiches not labeled by who's they are. If you like them not following the ingredients you ask for. If you ask for toasted, but actually didn't want it toasted. They won't toast it. If you want it to be a mess and messed up, this is the place to go. If you wanna be dissatisfied, no better place then here. Do yourself a favor and go to independence

  I give a 5 star tonight not because we got what we wanted but because the young lady & young man working tonight gave great service without having what they needed to make customers happy. I watched so many people come in with bad attitudes & complain of things & be extremely rude. That is a management issue not the people working & doing their best with running out of product. Good job to these employees that keep a great attitude under such negative pressure.
