  This store is run by a husband and wife team. The wife is kind and friendly with customers. The husband was incredibly rude and condescending to me when I went in recently for notary services. I will not be back.

  I've never had a problem shipping anything at this store (or dropping anything off). However, there are two services that I do NOT recommend this store for. First, passport photos: We had our passport photos taken here a few years ago and the powers that be would not accept them. The owner did refund my money, but it was a HUGE inconvenience due to it being in the thick of the pandemic, the passport office being in Beaverton, and us having to go elsewhere in a major time crunch to have the pictures retaken. Second, notary services: I had one good experience getting something notarized and one really frustrating experience. I recently had a document from a lawyer in a North Carolina county that needed to be notarized; my signature was acknowledging receipt of something. The UPS employee didn't think he could notarize it because the header had a NC county listed. I explained he wasn't notarizing the legal document, just my signature on it. He asked his co-worker who was also unsure. I'm not a notary and I know the rules around this. How they are actual notaries and don't know what they are doing is beyond me. I decided to not risk it and walked away without having them notarize anything. I was traveling the next day and ended up having a notary in Pennsylvania notarize it with no issue. It's incredibly frustrating that this UPS Store advertises these services when, in fact, they don't actually know what they are doing. It's a major disservice and huge inconvenience!

  This location is the best. Everyone is really nice and always make an effort to be as efficient as possible every single time I go in. Thanks for being awesome!

  I seldom have to send anything via UPS so this was a new experience for me. Both employees at the desk were helping other customers when I came in. Shortly after, several other customers came in, and I appreciated the calm and unflustered manner each employee maintained as the line grew. When my turn came, the man who assisted me set me on the right path with the correct envelope I needed instead of the one I'd taken from the shelf. I appreciate his helpfulness and how he made the experience a breeze.
