  They advertise these new $3.99 value subs any way you want them customizable. I get there and they dont even off these at all. Then I order and get the daily Speacial and the bread is not fresh whatsoever, it seems like its bread left over from the day before or not properly baked or sealed. Its hard and not soft. Do better Subway!!!! Paid $10 for hard old bread and didnt get what I wanted.

  This is my first time ever posting a review, as I’m not usually someone who does this, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Today, I was very upset by the way my children and I were treated by an employee at this location. From the moment we arrived until we left, the employee kept mumbling under his breath. At first, I thought there might be a communication issue or something else going on, so I didn’t think much of it. However, when another customer—a white woman—approached, his demeanor completely changed. He became friendly, spoke clearly, and stopped mumbling altogether. When it was our turn again, the mumbling resumed. This time, I paid closer attention and heard him say “you and your kids,” which made me feel like we were being singled out. I’m not sure why we were treated this way, but the difference in behavior was noticeable and concerning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no one should feel uncomfortable or targeted while simply trying to enjoy a meal.

  I ordered extra ranch and there was absolutely NO ranch so I took it back cause I wasn't about to eat a dry sandwich. When I returned back the lady working was completely rude and snooty about it and could clearly see there was none on it. The entire experience with this lady was insulting. She kept smashing the stuff in my sandwich and then when adding ranch she put some on it and said "is this enough for you". I have been coming to this location for years and after the experience tonight I will never be stepping foot in this location again. For this lady to get mean and nasty with me over their mistake was completely unacceptable.

  Witnessed a disgusting display of a manager disciplining an employee today in front of all customers at the store to the point of bringing her to tears. What an unprofessional approach as a person in management! As a regular customer there, only had positive interactions with the staff there and appreciate the service provided each time and felt this was very unfair treatment to her no matter the reasoning for her "verbal reprimand". Do better!
