  I was greeted kindly, my answers were answered, and my needs met. I forgot her name already but the young woman with lang dark hair helped me and she is an absolute asset to this store.

  Yesterday my wife stopped at the Subway on Biddle Rd. with her Disabled client. The client got a Veggie Patti sandwich and asked for olives and peprocinies on it. Only 3 pieces of olive was put on the sandwich, asked for more to be put on and the guy said they aren't allowed to give extras! My wife asked for vinegar and oil on her sandwich...never got it! A lady behind my wife asked if the bread was fresh? The gentleman behind the counter snapped " it's made fresh every morning!" My wife went to this Subway because she usually gets better service there then Pilot in Central Point... Guess what? We won't be back! And the bread was hard! FAILURE!!!
