I ordered Subway through DoorDash and was very disappointed with my experience. When my food arrived, the bread on my sandwich was still doughy and seemed undercooked, even though I specifically requested it to be toasted. The cheese was melted, but the sandwich itself was definitely not properly toasted.
I called the store to explain the issue and spoke with someone named Peter. Instead of trying to help, he argued with me and insisted the sandwich wasn’t raw, saying he toasted it himself. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me that this Subway location does not have a manager. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive.
Between the poor food quality, lack of proper food preparation, and unprofessional customer service, I will not be ordering from Subway again.

Great food, great service.
Meatball sub was excellent.
Pete gave great recommendations, had a delicious sandwich and great experience.
the guy working at front counter is the best he made the best sandwich ever!

Peter is a sandwich wizard! The Delta Waters location is the only one I will go to. Its unfortunate that Doordash automatically sends orders to the Biddle location. My order there was always wrong and I never was given the double protein I paid for and when id try to call they would NEVER answer. Peter always makes an amazing sandwich the customer service is next level the store is always clean and inviting.
