  Yesterday my wife stopped at the Subway on Biddle Rd. with her Disabled client. The client got a Veggie Patti sandwich and asked for olives and peprocinies on it. Only 3 pieces of olive was put on the sandwich, asked for more to be put on and the guy said they aren't allowed to give extras! My wife asked for vinegar and oil on her sandwich...never got it! A lady behind my wife asked if the bread was fresh? The gentleman behind the counter snapped " it's made fresh every morning!" My wife went to this Subway because she usually gets better service there then Pilot in Central Point... Guess what? We won't be back! And the bread was hard! FAILURE!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Andrea made my entire visit better the moment I walked through the door. She greeted me with a warm welcome and a genuine smile that was absolutely contagious. It’s amazing how a simple act of kindness can brighten someone’s day, and that’s exactly what she did. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people, and that positive energy creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Great customer service is hard to find, but Andrea goes above and beyond to make every customer feel appreciated. Thank you for your kindness, positivity, and wonderful attitude. Employees like Andrea are the reason people keep coming back. She truly made my day! ❤️🥪✨👏
