Me and my husband are genuinely understanding people. I can't imagine the amount pressure fast food workers are under. That being said, being rude and not even acknowledging customers is not okay. We entered early afternoon 11ish and the gentleman behind the counter was prepping bread, did not say one word to us. Okay, bad day I get it. Once he finally finished just looked up and said what can I get you. The rest of the ordering was painful and seemed as we were a bother. At the end I honestly was so uncomfortable, I didn't understand the whole total amount thing (tip actually). I proceeded to put the same amount of my sandwich, which was a tip. I realized and turned around to fix it. He proceeded to act like I wasn't there and helped other people, instead of directing or telling me something. My husband came over and dealt with it. The tip thing was 100% my fault it was also fixed, I'm complaining about the lack of acknowledgement and professionalism, made me so uncomfortable. I don't even really care about not being friendly.

The ladies who just helped me were so kind and made my sandwich so delicious! I was happy to see they had diet Dr Pepper as I’m not a huge Diet Pepsi fan. I used a coupon and got a great sandwich combo deal for lunch, it felt like the good ol days!

I've been here four or five times recently, excellent every time. Certainly makes up for having to stand in the pharmacy line. I come to this Subway when I use the pharmacy it is literally the only Subway around here that I will go to because the owner actually reads the posts. The service is excellent but would you please tell your employees to not put the sandwich in the bag upside down this has happened to me about three times. If I had known this I wouldn't have left a tip... I'm sorry I didn't realize it was an issue on your end, I only assumed that the company logo on the bag would be the top and I placed it in my car that way and A bit messy. I guess I will take much more care next time I guess I will take much more care next time.

Pete made the HELL outta my sandwich! He was super nice and knowledgeable. It was the best meatball sub I'd ever had and tasted like a Supreme pizza, just like he said it would!
