  The worst service I’ve ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. Was ignored for five minutes at least then when I ordered my sandwich, they gave a big huff. Then when I went to pay, the cashier wouldn’t take my coupon because it wouldn’t scan I’ve been in retail/customer service for 25 years. You take care of your customers now I will drive out of my way to go to a different location won’t go back here.

  Rarely have to wait in line. Lobby is clean and staff is friendly.

  Consistently slow and unresponsive. Doesn't acknowledge customers in a timely fashion. Waiting now for 10 minutes in drive thru with zero response. Happens all the time. Not worth the frustration.

  Veggie sandwich with added garden burger patties was better this time. Server was very respectful and kind. Place was clean and a good place to eat.
