  The reason why my overall rating is lower than the sum of the food, service, and atmosphere is because the app doesnt work at this location. If I could use my deals to get a better price on my online orders I would order much more than I actually do. Each time I think about getting food here I weigh if it is worth it without using the coupons that are in my account and that are staring at me when I order. Besides the coupons in the app not working for this location I havnt had any issue with service, or food. The sandwhichs have been packed, and the salads ive gotten have been made well. The store has been very clean every time ive entered. All of my visits have been walking in, so I do not know if the drive through fairs any different.

  MADAS OREGON SUBWAY Slow, they told me they do not provide olives nor green peppers any more the person behind me in line could not get sandwich because they were out of the items they wanted

  Recently, since November 2025, I keep getting rewards/ promotions for this place only for them to be denied when I check out. It’s always “this restaurant is not participating in this promotion.” Well that’s why I haven’t been buying sandwiches here anymore. I can get promos and discounts at other subways? So it’s just this one in Madras.

  Probably one of the worst Subway locations in the entire chain. My family of three and three teenagers went in and waited about 20 minutes. Staff barely acknowledged us, no sense of urgency at all, while we were just sitting there waiting. The restaurant also didn’t look clean, which made the experience worse. We eventually gave up and left before being served. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not a place I’d recommend returning to.
