  I've had a series of bad experiences with the Madras Subway. According to other reviews, I'm not the only person who ordered a meatball sub and got it with less meatballs than it should have and zero sauce. Who serves a meatball sub with no sauce??? Every time I order on the app or delivery, it's incorrect. I'm starting to think it's intentional at this point, to discourage people from ordering there. It worked. I won't be back.

  A very sweet gal made my sandwich and was continually and rudely critiqued by her supervisor for “taking too long” to make the sandwich. I have to say, my sandwich was great, unfortunately, my husband’s (whose was made by the supervisor) was poorly made. He even commented that he wished the younger lady had made his. Ultimately, I was disappointed by the way the supervisor/manager was speaking to the younger gal. It was mean and very unprofessional. I would have given her a tip if I had known it wouldn’t go to the manager.

  Ricky and Mark took care of us. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They are a great team!

  The two guys working the counter on August 23rd, 2026 made us a couple of outstanding sandos. It was the kind of care I would have taken making my own meal. Kind, respectful and on top of every detail. They were the same with the other guests that came in while we were eating. Truly great customer service and great attitudes. The food was fresh, and exactly the way a subway should be! As an employer myself over the years, I can easily say these guys were top notch. Shout out to Leo and his hombre behind the counter.
