  I paid $78 dollars for an expresso machine to be shipped. The team did an abysmal job packing and merely put about a dozen air-filled bags around the machine, all of which popped. The machine was damage so badly in transit and the repair cost exceeds the value of the machine. I am so incredibly disappointed at the incompetence of the two team members who packed this box. You have no business charging people $78 dollars to pack a box when your work is as negligent as it was.

  The 2 people who were working this morning and helped me pack and ship the item that I was sending were so helpful and friendly! The item I was shipping was a very odd shape and they were great at getting it all packed up for me. Thanks for all the additional help!!

  We have had a great experience as a box holder (They always recognize us and rush to beat us to our box!), and we regularly utilize their copy machines. If there's ever a problem with the machines, they're quick to fix things, AND, if needed, they'll assist in switching the customer over to another machine. Now, we see them even more frequently with "Amazon Dropoff" for returns. Everyone's very friendly, and we appreciate their positive, helpful attitudes!
