Super busy day. Super polite kid working alone while the orders were piling up. He managed to keep a smile on his face and take it one customer at a time. What a pleasant customer service experience. Keep shining young man.. Date of visit 6/13 around 1245 pm . Didn't catch his name but manager please tell him he is doing an excellent job..
This visit was good. Other nights they are interested in closing and not customers, so there's that..

Insanely rude employee working the store. I came in to pick up a delivery order. Before picking up, I headed to the restroom. This lady hollered across the packed, dead silent restaurant "SiR ArE YoU bUyInG aNyThiNg?!" I understand restroom use is for patrons only, but it was pretty rude and embarassing.
I ordered a veggie delight on the subway website and used my lunch break to go pick it up at 10:30 am (not busy). I got back to my office and it’s covered in chicken. I’m vegan. I haven’t eaten chicken in 19 years. Regardless of that, they made my sandwich wrong. I called and no answer, straight to voicemail. Obviously I’m angry and hungry. :(
Update: it's now 3 weeks later and no refund or response from the store and I can only talk to Subway via Facebook and they claim they cannot do anything.
Jake was the absolute best. Super professional, friendly and actually cares. Great job!
