    The people that work at this facility have always been professional. This review is for the driver that works at this facility who has, on several occasions, forged our signatures on deliveries requiring we sign for them. We're home and even leave a sign outside saying so, and to please ring the bell and knock. Multiple times now, he forges our signature at the truck, brings our box up, and leaves it without ringing our bell at all. We have cameras so we can see the whole thing happen later. What is the incentive here? If he took it to the wrong house or it was damaged, we'd have a really big problem on our hands. I'll post a photo of him with this review - be aware!

    Phone tree is nauseating. Kept getting rerouted, prompt couldn’t understand, eventually it said “I’m sorry this is taking too long, call us back later.”

    Picked up an urgent time sensitive medical package and they came thru every step of the way. Nice staff!

    My daughter in law was out of town and one of her customers called and said they had misplaced some of the parts for a job. She asked me if I could go to the shop and put together the missing parts and take them to UPS and overnight them. When I got there at 4:30 Friday night they said I needed to have been there by 3 pm to make an overnight delivery and the soonest that they could get it there was sometime Monday. I left and went to FedEx. By now it was 5:30. The agent told me the same thing that Monday would be the soonest. But then He got to work and tried at least four other options to see if there was any way to get it there the next day. He asked his boss if there was anything he missing. In the end, Monday was the earliest we could get it there. What impressed me the most was the effort put in to satisfy a customer. Your don't often see that in today's world. He wasn't able to get it out before Monday, but it was not for lack of trying. FedEx will be my first stop next time.
