  Took my SUV in for work and they said it was fixed and ended up sounding worse. Then now not even a week later after they fixed it again because they agreed that they broke something when initially fixing it. Said they fixed it it’s making an even worse grinding sound. I will be looking some place else this is just ridiculous.

  You are always friendly but when you sent us the print out of the service you used the wrong vehicle. We brought in our 2015 Chevy Silverado and the paperwork showing the things you checked was for a 1999 GMC K2500 which is one of our other trucks. I think you need to focus on detail a littel more.
