First time staying here traveling home to AZ. This place is at a busy intersection and hard Togo d as I circled the block twice trying to find the drive way. Staff was fine could have been a little better….but they were very busy so I have to give them credit. Lots of people from the fires staying here and some fire crew. I could see the fire clouds from my room. My room smelled like dirty carpet or laundry. The elevator was filthy along with the carpet all over the hotel. If you need a place to sleep and are not expecting 5 stars then okay but I paid $249 for 1 night and that’s atrocious for the stay I had. Best Western has gone downhill and I’ll never stay at a BE again.

I've stayed here a few times omw between California n Oregon. Good staff, they work hard to make breakfast happen everyday. This review isn't aimed at them, they're great. But ownership / management, I say to you.... get them some real eggs to serve. No one wants to eat or see a bag of yellow goop being microwaved. That's not real food. Don't serve plasticky garbage to your guests, serve real food. The fresh donuts are a cool touch, why skimp out on the main / healthiest breakfast food you have? Otherwise it's a great hotel breakfast, but come on. Cheaping out on real eggs to serve plastic from the microwave diminishes all of their effort n hard work, makes everything feel cheap n a little gross. Please fix that. Your workers deserve a raise for making a nice breakfast happen without ownership supplying adequate quality items
We were put in a room that was marked out if order unless it was the last room to rent out. Went into the room and noticed there wasn't a refrigerator or a ceiling fan in the restroom. Also noticed the carpet covered base boards were coming off. My husband went to the front desk to inquire about the missing refrigerator and ceiling fan. Woman asked my husband who put him in that room and he said "you did". That's when she told my husband that the room was only to be used if the hotel was full. The women did offer to move us into another room but my husband declined since we were already in the room for a couple of hours.
My husband received a text later that evening from an auditor for the hotel asking about the room, my husband responded with the issues in the room. The hotel rectified the issues to my husband's satisfaction.
