  my parents went in to activate a new phone I purchased them. I believe it was the manager of the store that helped them out, but he went the extra mile to help out my parents. Not only did he activate the phone but he helped update it and transfer apps over to the new one from the old phone. Something so small goes a long way! It was refreshing to hear and see that someone so kind helped out my parents, especially in a world that lacks kindness these days. Thank you Keizer Cricket store!

  I was helped by Brandon and Genesis. I came in with my phone to switch from another carrier to cricket. They were fast and efficient, although they were experiencing some computer problems. They told me this up front and set my expectations, however my transaction processed without a glitch. These two appeared to make a great store team and help each other with questions. The store was neat and clean. If you need a Cricket store I recommend the Keizer store.
