Tried to use coupons for a couple meals, the cashier advised me to use separate transactions. First one was supposed to bring it to 4.99, She charged 7.69. I didn't notice at first. The second transaction was supposed to bring it to 6.99, she charged me 9.29. This one I noticed, and pointed it out to her. She said she deleted the order and we can run it again. I got charged 9.29 again. So neither coupons got used AND I got double charged. She assured me that the double charge would disappear off my bank statement after a few days. It's been 9 days, I haven't seen the refund. Regarding the coupons she said I could call and speak to a manager. I have tried calling their store repeatedly, no one answers. Whoever runs this franchise doesn't bother to train their staff. Hope a better owner buys it.

I have no clue what happened to this subway. It used to be the best around. Whenever I order on the app, I literally do not get my food. It's always some young person, alone, behind the line at 2PM, 4PM, whatever busy time it is, and I literally never get my food. Do yourself a favor and do not order from here. I also wasn't able to get my money back for an online order I never got.

Ive come here most Saturdays for the past few months. Every time its felt like less and less ingredients have been in stock. Last night I ordered delivery for the first time, and it was simply the last straw for me. They were clearly out of tomatos, the bread was a bit burnt, there was a genuinly pitiful amount of meat, and to finish it off there was absolutely zero mayo like I ordered. So when they *did* fulfil my request of extra lettuce, I simply had a dry mouthful of virtually nothing but burnt bread and flavorless iceburg. Ontop of that, my drink was not delivered, and when I finally went to enjoy my cookie, they gave me a different one (almost certainly because they were out of the one I wanted).
This store is notorious for never having anything in stock and Ive finally gotten to the point Im not chancing it anymore. The staff seems to change literally weekly, and each time they give off the vibe of just trying to make it through the day because they know someone's going to come in and get mad at them because management didn't restock enough ingredients. Half the time Ive come in the place feels unkept and sticky, and when Ive ordered online to shorten the wait time its only made a 20 minute wait turn into an hour one because they need to ask what I want to swap for the 4 things theyre missing while balancing 8 other orders.
I went to the Independence location to replace what Im now calling the "dissapoint-which" and the improvement felt like a flash bang. Bread was soft, meat actually present enough to taste, so much cheese, and everything I wanted was in stock and on my sandwhich. Took less than 10 minutes to walk out with what I *actually ordered*
Im doubtful corporate will even respond to my inquiry, but we'll see. I used a coupon and rewards points just to get the delivery fee down to reasonable, all to have what was genuinly the most dissapointing sandwhich Ive ever had. $20 in the trash because whoever is running that store can't fix problems that have been communicated for a long, long time. Do better, management.

There where two employees working, they seemed busy with the lobby orders and online orders. That wasn't the problem tho. The boy employee seemed new but the other female employee was all over the place. A male man came in that she clearly knew and she skipped over people and helped him and I believe she gave him the food for free and then followed him outside for a minute and came back in went to the back room. At this point there was a line of at least 5 to 7 people and she grabs her phone and walks out saying im taking a 10 leaving the young boy alone for at least 15 to 20 minutes. The soda machine was out of ice and the soda dispenser was out of multiple flavors and the female employee said she didn't know how to change them. We ate our food In the lobby for about 40 to 45 minutes and neither employee filled the ice or fixed the soda dispenser.

I’ve tried ordering many times the staff here is awful. Also tried door dashing and every time they give me some other order that’s not even what I ordered. And even at times have said if they don’t have what I ordered they refuse to cancel the order and they will just choose something for me. Look I usually love subway but this location has some issues
