Jonathan at Cricket and independence, Oregon has been very helpful and has gone over and beyond to help with all my issues I've had with my phone, he is very appreciated. I think he needs paid vacation and a raise!!!

I was getting a new phone and I was 5 dollars short, but Jonathan came through and paid the 5 dollars that I was short on. He even found a way better deal for me to get the phone I needed for a lower price. Really nice dude and amazing costumer service 👍.
