  From out of town and I was having a minor crisis when my inner front fender came loose halfway through a 3 hour drive. They fixed it quickly and sent me on my way.

  I called because my son is traveling and needed a used tire. I talked to Robert and merged the call so my son, Robert and I were all on the line. When he got to the store, the people claimed to have not spoken to us. It was 15 minutes between the conversation and when my son got there. They would only sell him 4 new tires.

  We drove thru town with a rental car and ended up having a leaking tire. We stopped at Gills for a repair before we headed up into the mountains. These guys got right on it and got us fixed up right away. They were fast and friendly to us foreigners. It was our first visit to Oregon. A+ service! Kudos to Gills. On a side note, I heard some conversations with other customers and the staff were very honest with their opinions on whether or not a customer needed to or not needed to buy tires. You don't see this too often anymore with retailers. I'd shop there!

  These guys were fast, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service! We were traveling when our vehicle broke down, and they quickly diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road. Their professionalism and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs or service.
