I stopped by this subway off baseline for the first time in years. I ordered the 6" deli faves. I wanted to order additional veggies or different sauce but was rudely declined from an old asian lady. I told her I was willing to pay for extra and she sighed with a blank stare. The sandwich had to be what was advertised. What happened to customizable sandwiches? Not the subway I remember. I will not be dining at subway again for a while.

Terrible customer service. As a business owner myself what I experienced at this location was beyond unacceptable. I placed an order through the app. I realized two minutes after the order was placed it was the wrong location as I had moved out of state. The man that I spoke to on the phone said there is nothing they could do about it. Shortly after said the owner won’t do anything about it either and there is nothing manager on site. He said go ahead call the owner you will get the same answer. It costs us money to make this food. That’s understandable but it had been less than 5 minutes. And anyone can understand accidents happened it’s part of the industry of customer service. I called the owner and sure enough he said the same thing. Mind you my order was $18.00. They would not cancel my order nor refund it. Do NOT go here. They are independently owned and operated. Go to one that is open to taking care of their community and customers. Support locations that are willing to go above and beyond for you. That is how I run my business and expect others to run theirs. I will be filing a dispute and I also contacted my bank to void the transaction. They said they would handle it and get it reversed. Guess the company will lose their money anyway and to double down! Here is a negative review to add to it.

We are regular Subway customers who migrate from state to state, town to town and different locations. And this location has become our favorite because of two individuals, Simon and Doniya, both great, kind, friendly and efficient employees who made our sandwiches and day, awesome. They both will be going places and doing top notch things. Thank you Simon and Doniya, you both are awesome!

No coupons allowed at this location. Waste of space
On March 8th 2026 at 5pm I went into the Subway off Cornelius pass Road and Main street next to Valvoline and in the same parking lot as Albertsons. As soon as I walked in the door we had coupons in our hand that gave us a good deal on the sandwiches. Their was two employees their at the time. One was white guy and one had dark skin. The white guy took one look at our coupons and said oh sorry we don't take coupons, We said what these are is Subway coupons. He said you got to talk to the owners I figured ok I will after I give a review 1st. The guy that said that was pretty rude literally looked at coupons in the the second we walked in he denied us it felt rude. Anyhow we went 1.9 miles away at the Cornell location by in the WinCo parking lot and got the deal know problem. I want the owner to know you lost are business to another subway who gain our business. The coupons didn't say that you couldn't get it at one store and could at another store as the customer we expect you to honor the Subway coupons for subway. If your loosing money this would one way it's happening. Thank you so much to cornel pass road location for honoring your coupons.
