Staff offered to fight me after they completely messed up the food and kept telling me” what do you want me to do about your sandwich not having cheese “ like the idiot didn’t work at subway….

Absolutely terrible customer service! The young man who works in there with the black hair fade, he made the sandwich terrible and did not follow the instructions. After asking me to wait! Even though there was nobody in the store. He can't do the job properly and has bad service while doing it. The woman tried to be nice and ask how I was doing which would have made up for the young guys poor service however they then proceeded to give me this awful sandwich that is not made to how I ordered it. It's sad I won't be able to come back here anymore. I'll give up subway at this point. The older man that works there makes the sandwiches perfect because he actually listens to what the order says. You lost a customer.

They definitely need more employees working at this location, I've been here few times and most of the time it's only 1 to 2 people working here, and they prioritize online orders over people waiting in line at the store, even today when I went to the store, there were more 3 customers waiting in line and the employees were working on online order vs helping the customers that were physically there. Oh also you have to be very careful at this location as employees don't change their DISPOSABLE gloves between orders, they touch meat and vegetable with the same gloves essentially contaminating everything and if you have allergies you're definitely putting yourself at risk !!

I used the app to order a Steak Filly Ftlg sandwich to pickup. I added my car was white and a hatchback. Curbside pickup 5:20pm. I parked in the curbside parking spot. The I'm here button never highlighted and the email option failed too. I tried to call, but the phone said it is no longer in service. I am disabled which is why I choose curbside. I was struggling to make my way onto the sidewalk when another customer said she would give them my name. A manager brought me my sandwich and listened to my complaints. I said you could see a white hatchback in the curbside spot and she said people park there all the time. The sandwich receipt time was 5:02pm. I waited a long time for the curbside pickup. I said I bet there will be something left off my sandwich. She said I was rude for saying that. When I got home there was no American cheese, although listed on my receipt. Do not go to this Subway, go to the one on Oak at the other end of Hillsboro.
