  I am speaking on behalf of the print and copy services. I have been in with random.projecra and questions for various non-profits, volunteer PTOs, and personal projects. Every time I call, email, or go into the store the staff is kind, friendly, not impatient and EXTREMELY helpful. Even going so far as to call and ask for a receipt from an order earlier in the year, they were kind and patient and happy to help. I am happy to return to them time and again as I really appreciate their customer service and quality of work.
