  They are almost always out of at least 2 kinds of bread, 3 toppings, and almost all drinks. I’d like to be informed that the only drink option is root-beer before I get 4 medium drinks because they are out of small cups. I like salt on sandwiches, but multiple times when I ask for it they automatically put pepper as well. I’ve asked for salt, salt only, and salt no pepper, but it seems like no matter what word or lack there of accompanies salt they turn it into pepper please.

  Okay so there were 2 young girls working. My mother and I ordered a 6 inch turkey with bacon and a 12 inch bacon egg and cheese. The one girl waiting on us charged my mother for a foot long and 3 dollars extra for the bacon. Didn't charge for my sandwich. I asked her to void out the last transaction and start a new one. In the conversation she claimed I had an attitude. I told her I didn't have one or I wouldn't have been honest enough to pay for my sandwich. They had no customer service skills what so ever. She could have told my mother about the turkey cali sandwich and she would have gotten that, paid less and would not have been charged extra for bacon. That would have been good customer service which neither one of them have. I wonder how many customers have been ripped off and how many sandwhiches not accounted for.

  This was a week ago, I walked in on my lunch break and waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come and take my order. Then an employee came grabbed some dishes or something under the counter and she looked up saw me and blatantly walked away. So I walked out then she looked up and I gave her a dirty look and shaking my head all at the same time. Every employee does not wear the uniform that you should been given... the soda machine is always down.. there is no more than one to two ppl at a time working... The employees are not making a good image for Subway. I will not sit in there for any my breaks any more... I would boycott this location....

  Recently got a sandwich from here and I've got to say their prices are still absolutely horrible compared to the Stanfield location and the sandwiches aren't great either.

  The two girls who closed on 4/27/26 were absolutely phenomenal. They ended up being out of the protein I wanted, (understanding since I placed the order 20 minutes before close) they tried calling before pick up to ask what I wanted by my phone was off. My boyfriend showed up to get our two sandwiches and they were so apologetic, and made it right immediately. Both sandwiches were super full and delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. I hope both ladies get the recognition they deserve, very impressed with the new staff and ownership. Thank you!
