  Went in, three workers in there only one working while the others just look at customer line backing up. Very poor customer service

  They are out of so many things flatbread cheeses. They need a really great training program because it looks like they have great employees just not trained well.

  I’ve been going to this establishment my whole life but recently I have been very disappointed. The last 2 times I have visited I’ve seen employees arguing and complaining about work in front of customers. The second time I went in there was one customer in front of me. Only one employee was there making his sandwich (while also getting ingredients from the refrigerator which could have been done by another employee). There were about 5 other employees in the back who, as far as I could tell, were doing nothing. The food was good but the decline in proper work etiquette is ridiculous. ☹️

  Unbelievable! Employees were more interested in chit-chatting with their friends then helping customers. They didn't wash their hands in between making sandwiches. I waited over 30 minutes for one 6 in sandwich. Highly don't recommend!

  Close to high school, gets busy at lunch. Staff pleasant but can get grumpy when busy
