  I have been a cricket customer for well over a decade and have even worked for an authorized retailer at one point. Yesterday my husband and I had to upgrade our phones and since Hermiston is the nearest location we drove an hour and a half to get there. We walked in 0 greeting, then the worker came up and acted annoyed she had to assist us. My husband and I upgraded to the same phone and she activated them incorrectly gave me his phone and she gave him mine, it wasn't until after set up when we decided to test call each other and the calls weren't going through that we discovered the issue. She was again very rude and acted inconvenienced that she had to help us which is literally her job. I made a comment that this was a giant pain and that I was irritated and she rolled her eyes very noticeably. After we got basic set up done my husband and I left because we didn't feel comfortable. I am very disappointed with how lacking the customer service was. Also none of the phones were powered on and I had to look up specs online for each device we looked at. This store is abysmal in terms of customer service. Next time I will just drive to Walla Walla and pay the sales tax. At least there they are happy to be receiving my hard earned money.

  The manager Maribel took it upon herself to charge items to my debit card when I CLEARLY stated the 2 phone cases (1 of them we really didn’t ask for) were to be on a separate transaction. She took the cases out laid them on the counter and asked which one we wanted. As if it was going to be a gift. Lol. She said the total of $116 that we would pay today was the activation fee, first month of service, and the $12 for the phone insurance (which she didn’t mention they had 2 options for insurance when I asked her how much for the insurance she just quoted me the highest option) Then she applied a protective glass to the screen of the new phone. We did not ask to purchase a tempered glass for the phone much less a phone case.To find out she’s the manager and doing this to customers just for commission is so sad. Taking advantage of people Maribel will not get you nowhere!!
