  35 minutes to make one sub that I ordered 10 minutes before coming in. I'm a Amazon delivery driver, I have a 30 minute break and they Left me with no time to eat. They made everyones order except mine until they asked for my name. What's the point in ordering online and having a ready time if they ain't even going to have it ready

  I ordered from DoorDash and she was amazing but the subway itself not only rushed my dasher out the door but also got my order all messed up from the wrong cookies to stuff that wasn’t supposed to be on the sandwich it’s honestly really upsetting.

  I needed a lot of food and really fast and they were able to take care of me while being super helpful and positive. You're Rockstars!

  Update 2026; I haven't been able to afford eating out but decided I had a little extra money for a meal. NO COKE products anymore! Another franchise removed from my list of vendors. I'm a stanch Coke drinker, Raising prices, veggies look old & wilted, smaller servings & everything seems "extra" - enough reasons to remove from my list of acceptable vendors. Sad!! ******* original post ******* I do believe I may have been the other customer, referred in another review. (Jeff Wilson) 1]. Being on the phone while in line is VERY Rude and Disrespectful. Text the order/list before getting in line - proper etiquette & courtesy. 2]. This store is always clean out front, bathroom, sneeze glass; the chips stocked, soda area cleared of all the sticky/stocked. The smell is awesome. As for staff, most are great but you'll always have that one. Unfortunately they have to deal with some 'princesses' too. If you're not happy with how much vegs', tell them instead of complaining later. I always ask for more of some veggie... never been denied. I'm sure this goes for everything else but may cost extra. I eat here when I can & recommend it.
