  I came there around 12:30 today or something like that well after 10:30 the time they are open. The door has a master lock on it. Yet there was a manager and two people inside having a meeting as I looked inside. This would have been my 1st time trying Wingstop. Was super excited to try it out and spend big money on my family to have a nice lunch. Instead I was unable to enter the building and get the service I had hoped for.

  App said pick up ready in 9:04-9:09pm I got there 9:25pm and they said ur order isn’t placed cuz payment didn’t go through Then while they figure things out I went to get dominos. When I got back order was ready so I when I got home, it wasn’t my order. So I called them and wanted to let them know I’m coming to grab my original order but they put me on hold until I got there. I got there and asked for the manager, they said she went home already and fixed my order but left out my dip…never had this happen to me where they keep making mistakes after mistakes…
