  Dear owner of this store. Paying more than one person to be on the clock at a time would be really helpful. Line out the door and only one person working but I understand that’s your choice. it’s also really crappy to the people working there. Do you wanna make more money? Have two people working Also, maybe don’t put the screw in the door so that you can’t open it to the outside. The human working was lovely. Sounds like you’re the problem.

  They miss things in your order every single time. I swear I had to message their support 6 different times for this. At this point I’m just gonna stop going here 😑

  Online Order. The sandwiches I ordered were prepared incorrectly. I requested two tuna sandwiches: one on multigrain with provolone and the other on Italian with American cheese. Unfortunately, the preparer swapped the breads. Furthermore, the multigrain sandwich was missing spinach, and the Italian sandwich was missing mayonnaise. I added a 15% tip to this order, yet the lack of care was evident. It’s frustrating because I’ve received spectacular sandwiches at other shops even without tipping. This was poor service, and it makes me reconsider whether some staff deserve tips at all.
