  They had 3 people working but no one would help me out? 1 employee was helping a customer…. All I needed to do was drop packages off no receipt needed no one greeted me or tried to help me out the other 2 employees noticed me as well…. But then again other times I have been since was good customer service. But also not so great parking lot if you go to this location.

  I'm from Germany and have no clue yet about how to ship what and how, but I was in such good hands with Angela! She guided me easily through the whole sending process of my package and made me feel seen as a human. I walked out of this store with a smile on my face. Thank you, Angela! (:
