  I've been going to Gills since way before it was Gills. However, since Jeremy and Rachel took over, my confidence level has never been higher. The customer service, accurate estimates, and expedient repairs are ALWAYS top notch. The shop, waiting area, and parking lot are very clean. It's an invaluable feeling to know you can trust your vehicle is in the right hands. Jeremy and Rachel do it right every time, and will be getting my service as long as they are running the business.

  We were in Grant's Pass for business and needed to have the balance checked on our tires. They squeezed us in and took care of us very kindly. The manager was very helpful and informative. The waiting room was very clean, had coffee, water bottles for customers, and comfortable chairs that I took a quick nap in while waiting. I'll probably look for another Gills next time we need service on tires. Thanks folks!

  First rate service, compassionate, got me in right away, worked with my budget and the best customer service ever!! I will not be using another shop for tires or mechanical issues again!

  A 5 Star service as always! The Manager and staff will always go out of their way to get me and truck exactly what I need. Their prices are always customer friendly!
