  My husband and I have gone into this Subway twice, and Jesse helped us both times. He made some of the best Subway sandwiches we’ve ever had. He really took the time to make them perfectly. Every bite had all the ingredients balanced just right, they looked great, and they tasted amazing. On top of that, Jesse was incredibly kind, calm, and polite both times we visited. His attitude and customer service really stood out to us. Employees like him make people want to come back. To the manager or whoever is in charge reading this: Jesse deserves a raise, bonus, or some kind of recognition for the excellent job he’s doing! We will definitely be back thanks to him!

  Llegamos para comer durante nuestro lunch así que teníamos solo media hora para estar ahí, pero realmente ella tardó mucho tiempo en hacer solo una orden de dos sandwiches y medio, le preguntamos si podía atendernos primero ya que no había nadie más que nosotros ahí; ni siquiera quiera el delivery había llegado. No nos quiso atender hasta terminar esa orden primero, pero realmente tardó 30 mn en hacer 3 sandwiches. 🫠

  First time at this SubWay. I ordered ahead of time but it was not ready. One guy by himself. His name is Jesse, he was very polite to each customer and I did not mind waiting because he was very diligent and making great looking sandwiches. I felt sorry for him being by himself. He apologized a few times for not having the sandwiches ready. I will be back. He did a good job.

  Haven’t been to this subway for a while and I will no longer come back! We walked in and the “manager” lady says, “read the sign! (She points to a wrinkled up piece of paper with scribbling on it that is taped to the inside of the window. It says “NO substitutions, no additions, nothing changed, comes as it is stated!” Since when did Subway NOT give you the sub that YOU WANT! My husband and I said “We will go to the subway down the street!” We left! We went to the other one on McLoughlin Blvd. in Milwaukie. They were friendly, place was clean and you can get your sub the way you want it. Long line but went fast and workers were friendly and efficient.
