  I hate leaving bad reviews but after 4 attempts to eat here while I’ve lived in the neighborhood, I feel it’s time lol. Every time we come here they are out of something. Like a lot of somethings, to where we cannot order and have to leave. This has happened on 3 occasions. Today (which we joked as approaching today - will this be the time we FINALLY can eat here?) we ordered our food and after ordering were told cash only, unless we physically go in to order our food. Which I get things happen, but why did you not tell us till after we made our order? I think this is our last attempt to eat here. I recommend the other subway near baskin robins in Gladstone Always top tier service and if ever there’s a hiccup it’s told to me immediately (even on to go orders they call)

  Ordered a footlong and a wrap. The footlong they gave us was the completely wrong kind of sandwich with none of the things in it we ordered. The wrap was so overfilled that it was leaking out all the ends, through both wrappers and everywhere.
