  Made a reservation 8 weeks in advance and while I did chose non refundable, I need to cancel 6 weeks out from the reservation. I called and was at least hoping to get credit so next time we are in Forest Grove we could stay there, but I called and got zero customer service out of the front desk. Not sure how much I saved by picking the non-refundable rate, but obviously it wasnt worth it.

  Friendly service. They upgraded us to a nicer room for free. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows.

  The hotel was nice and breakfast was great, but the service is terrible. They do not answer their phones and they haven’t credited back my damage deposit and even the corporate office can’t get a hold of them. I have never had a hotel where the front office didn’t answer didn’t answer their phones. Not good customer service!!! Corporate office was amazing with all the help they gave me. Beware of your charges!

  I have stayed here multiple nights at a time over a few weeks for work. Staff has always been super helpful and rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is provided and has varying options that have all been good.
