- JHJessica HAug 18, 20265.0I had such a great experience at the UPS Store on Coburg Road! The two men working were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the whole shipping process easy and stress-free. I was shipping a framed photo to California, and they were happy to help and answered all of my questions. I had already packaged the frame myself, and the total shipping cost was only $17.78 and was to be delivered in 2 days! which was much more reasonable than the quote I had received at the green acres UPS Store ( they quoted me $87 to pack and ship it 🫠) The customer service here was excellent, and I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future shipping needs. Highly recommend this UPS Store! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- COCarl OlsonJun 30, 20261.0I came into to this store and inquired about a notary and was told they usually come in between 10-4, I said thanks and then I asked if in fact they were coming in today at 10:00 just to clarify and that’s when he rolled his eyes at me and turned around to his laptop. The conversation then took a very negative turn. I told him he didn’t have to be mean about it and that he was being rude. At this point another employee (long sandy hair) came to the aid of the employee with the beard. I was literally just trying to leave the store and was being bashed on the way out. All I wanted was clarification on a simple question and I was attacked by the whole staff! I would rather drive 159 miles in a snow storm than set in this store again.
