Mark is a terrible customer service representative for UPS. First, I was told that I needed to step out of line while at the counter so he could help the lady’s behind me in line that just walked in. Then after he finished, I asked him if he could print out a shipping label that was already paid for and sent to me by T-Mobile. After he finished with his flirty behavior with the lady’s that were behind me that if I forgot to mention, walked in after me. Mark then changed the way he was smiling from the girls and straight changed his body language and tried giving me an issue because I was shipping my boxed return package inside of a thick shipping bag that was sent to me by T-Mobile. I have worked for both FedEx ground and FedEx express and this is 100% acceptable.
After Mark had two ask two other employees for clearance by two other associates that it was okay, Mark failed to mention that he was going to charge me money for a shipping label that was already paid for. Scandalous and unprofessional behavior from Marks actions. This was completely unnecessary and unacceptable racism behavior. Mark you don’t belong in customer service.

Tried to charge me $3.20 to print a prepaid label for UPS. A scam, avoid this location.
