- SJS Joye2 days ago5.0Have needed some services from here beyond just dropping off items for shipping recently. In all cases (very specific passport photos, notary etc) they were super helpful, patient and did a great job all around. Whenever I have dropped items for UPS shipping they have been quick and competent.
- JCJ C6 days ago2.0Beaware, they won't accept all packages even with a prepaid shipping label and will instruct you to schedule an at home pickup for an additional fee. The FTC should really look into this business practice.

- OOOneMwooMay 28, 20261.0Terrible customer service at this store. Avoid. The staff blamed me for their code scanner not working and insisted I had to pay them for printing a label on a shipment that I had pre paid and had a bar code from UPS for the store to print the label. I overheard staff talking about how this type of shipment is complicated. The manager then told me if I don’t like their policy I should buy a printer or get another store. After I paid the fee they printed the label with half the address cut off and wouldn’t give me a receipt for the fee. I’m shocked that franchises can operate this way and blame the customer for their faulty equipment.
