  I had a very disappointing experience at the Green Acres UPS Store. The masked associate who and was not friendly at all. Their attitude made the experience uncomfortable from the start. While I was there, a man came in and asked for foam peanuts for packing. He was told, “We don’t do that here,” and no alternative or suggestion was offered about where he could get packing materials. I was there to get a quote to package and ship a 5x7 photo in a frame to California. I was quoted $87, and I repeated the amount back to make sure I heard correctly. The associate said, “Yup,” and then told me that if I packaged it myself, I could cut the cost in half to around $40. I declined. I ended up going to the UPS Store on Coburg Road after packaging the frame myself, and the total was only $17.78. The two men working there were extremely friendly, helpful, and made the experience so much better. I will definitely be using the Coburg Road location from now on and will not be using the Green Acres UPS Store for my holiday shipping. The difference in customer service and pricing was huge.

  This location of UPS Store is convenient & staff members are each efficient & knowledgeable & professional. Every time ive gone to this location my needs have been met. This has included their assistance in packaging, sending parcels, mail, buying stamps, printing, and notorizing documents. We thank everyone there. The store's location is convenient to many venues for shopping, and freeway access.

  This is the best UPS store I have ever been in the entire country I’ve lived in upstate NY, the O.C. CA, and Miami beach.. the manager Elija is great he is so courteous, has great skills and trains his staff to be to his standards, you can do all the UPS store stuff here plus drop your USPS mail they also take Amazon returns.. they are fast and always friendly. Needless to say is my one all stop when it comes to mail! Thank you UPS store you guys are outstanding. 🙏🏽
