We came in after their notary cutoff time and Elias was still more than willing to help us. It’s so nice to have great customer service

Outstanding customer service! The gentleman working at this UPS store was absolutely amazing so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. It’s rare to encounter such genuine kindness these days. Highly recommend this location!

We used this store to ship a piece of furniture and had a wonderful experience. Zyah did a great job of explaining the packaging and shipping process, and Ava went above and beyond finding the most economical way to ship our chair and was incredibly patient and kind throughout our entire interaction. I’m sad we’re moving and won’t be able to use this UPS store any more!
