  We got our food delivered and they did not seal the bag or cookies. Little concerning. Also didn’t toast our sandwiches.

  Ordered online, one of my sandwiches I asked for extra mustard, no other condiments. There was hardly any on there. Had to go searching and found a very tiny amount in the middle of the toppings. Sandwich was completely dry. Bread was mushy on both sandwiches (ordered two different types of bread). My husband’s sandwich had a whole chunk of onion in his. Hardly ever order from here anymore but definitely will pick some where else next time.

  I went in this evening and was helped by Hunter. I just wanted to say they were so kind and sweet! Absolutely made my night and I hope that their manager sees this because they deserve to be recognized!

  Today I ordered 3 sandwiches for about $25. Two 6” turkey sandwiches and foot long turkey ham. When my daughter opened her turkey sandwich and there was no turkey! I called the restaurant and they wanted me to come back. I was 10 min away and too busy to come back. Apparently no manager was there so nothing could be done unless I brought it back. The guy is always kind but sucks I can’t receive a sandwich replaced at a later date or something. I ended up sharing my turkey meat with my daughter.
