  I love this store! They have great service. Mike was exceptional in helping me print high quality posters for the shows I produce. He made some minor adjustments to the image, advised me on the paper to use, and created the x4 image in no time. Highly recommend. Great store and great people!!

  Visited this location today around 10:15 AM and experienced incredibly unprofessional customer service. When I approached the counter, an employee wearing glasses with a black goatee sharply told me, "I'm dealing with another customer, wait for someone else." While I understand being busy, there is no excuse for such a hostile and dismissive attitude toward customers. FedEx needs to train their staff on basic courtesy and professionalism.

  Horrible! My stamp from Canada, a rare stamp from Britain, still has not arrived. Get this, FedEx now says the stamp will be here by Friday, July 28th. July 28th as bad as waiting that long could be, is NOT on a Friday, but is next Tuesday. Zero stars for these idiots, but now I see I have to give one star in order to post this comment! Beyond belief!

  I only needed to print one page, the machine required a minimum $5 be on your card, I only had $2. The associate was extremely nice and helpful, he had me send it to an email that he was able to print it out and only charge me the 23 cents that it cost.
