  I went in there with 4 big boxes, i was shipping them from oregon to texas. I arrived by taxi, with open boxes to ship. They had a cart ready for me to use to bring my boxes in. The clerk weighed and measured each box, i offered to buy tape so I could take the boxes to closed.But the clerk said that he would handle it. He questioned me about some of the conditions of the boxes and I answered them so that he knew just how he had taped them up. About a week later my box is arrived at my sisters unharmed.

  Received poor service from some of the staff at this branch. I asked a female employee whether it was possible to split the bill, and she informed me that it was. However, when I came to pick up the items and made the payment with another employee, I was told that the bill could not be split. The same employee who originally told me it was possible was present during the situation, but there was no explanation provided. Overall, I felt that she was unwilling to provide proper customer service.
