  This review is for Chelsi, who works at the W 11th Cricket Phone Store. Chelsi is in my view the absolute ideal of Customer Service. Though young she seems to have picked up the old school virtues to perfection. Her demeanor is that of confidence and an obvious willingness to HELP THE CUSTOMER. It is sad to say but nevertheless a fact that probably 80% of customer service employees across the board radiate "I hate my job and I'm only here for the paycheck." I have dealt with Chelsi on three occasions and it has been a pleasure each time. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable in her field and she routinely goes beyond the call of duty, so to speak. While dealing with the problem I walked in with she noticed I didn't have an app installed that came with my plan from the start. Being an old dinosaur I hadn't noticed or cared, but her genuine willingness to see that I at least had that option was refreshing. Most CSR's wouldn't have brought it up and most of the rest would have felt relief that I didn't care about it. At any rate I place Chelsi in the top 5% of employees. I truly hope that her employers appreciate her. Having said all that I was still a bit surprised when I asked her what her last job had been. I wasn't surprised at the complexity of the job because Chelsi is very bright, but it was still unusual. To my way of thinking that is always a good thing.
