  Just called to get some answers on questions about the leasing payment plan cricket offers, etc. the woman I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and seemed distracted in even taking the time to speak to me the way someone working in customer service should, with attention and respect. Never going into that location! You should hire more helpful employees.
