  My daughter and I stay at this Best Western frequently, and every single stay has been absolutely outstanding. Without question, it’s our favorite place to stay in Eugene. Every visit has been a 10 out of 10. The staff is truly exceptional. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making your stay the best it can be. The breakfast team is always incredibly friendly and starts each morning with a smile, while the front desk staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and appreciated. It’s rare to find a hotel with such consistently outstanding customer service, and that’s what keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an amazing team that treats you like family, I can’t recommend this Best Western highly enough. We look forward to staying here every time we’re in Eugene!

  Doesn't have a hot tub, kind of a bummer. Rooms were nice, it an older well remodeled hotel. Awesome breakfast. Comfortable bed.

  Tatum at the front desk was so kind, helpful, and a delight. She is personable and went out of her way to make sure things were done well. My room was nice, I like being on the second floor, and how close it is. Thank you Tatum!
