  This review is for Jacob This man was polite engaging and best of all humorous. He engaged my wife and I and joked about making our sandwiches, which made the entire experience feel wholesome and fun. He was extremely helpful and even wrote nicknames on our subs as he wished us a great day and evening. I just wanted to say thank you Jacob for taking something as simple as making a sandwich and turning it into something that made us smile. Thank you. :)

  My friends and I have gone a few times now, one of the times we met one of the workers and he is funny and great and definitely is the person who makes you want to come back! We wave to him when we see him when we go to the Eagle Point Walmart now and pass by subway! *Photo of one of the times we've gone recently of my sub*

  I really don't like to leave "bad reviews" , but this is getting crazy. No organization when there is a line of people, nor was there any customer service No welcome in or Thanks for coming or even a Hello or Goodbye. Just a blank stare like they absolutely hate their jobs. The store was dirty. Sticky tables, trash is clearly full, definitely needs to be swept and mopped. Poor management in my opinion. Probably the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. I had the steak Philly, I asked her to heat up my meat with the peppers and cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted the meat was freezing and tastes beefy . Gross. Literally I couldn't even eat it. Eagle point location by impulse.

  Awful experience at the Eagle point subway in Eagle point Oregon. Worse customer service ever. Sandwich was so messy and sloppy made my husband could not even eat it.
